Refund & Return Policy

At SonaPari, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As we deal in handcrafted and customized resin products, we carefully inspect each item before dispatch. However, in case of any issue, we are here to assist you.

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

1️⃣ Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product or a product that does not match your order, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

2️⃣ Manufacturing Defect

If there is a manufacturing defect, a clear video showing the issue is required for validation.

3️⃣ Damaged Product (Transit Damage)

If the product arrives damaged, please provide a proper unboxing video recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) to support your claim.

Return Process

A) Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:

Please note:
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

B) Breakage or Transit Damage

For damage during shipping, please email the unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery to:

C) Wrong Product Received

If a wrong product is delivered (verified through unboxing video), inform us immediately via email or phone. The unused product must be returned in its original packaging within 24 hours for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of resin products:

Personalized items
Customized name plates
Wedding return gifts
Made-to-order products

are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect product is received.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

If a return is approved (other than damage or wrong product cases), the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping (India):

0–500 gm: ₹75
500–999 gm: ₹150
1–2 kg: ₹250
Above 2 kg: ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg

International Shipping:

Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Refund Timeline

Once the refund is initiated, it will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment partner.

In case of delays, we may request a bank statement screenshot for verification.
